Kirsty Jenkins is the Founder and Director of Pure Health and is a university qualified Nutritionist (BSc-Nutr). Kirsty’s passion for health and nutrition has been born from a personal journey of growth and development. Her health struggles and experiences including gut issues, hormonal imbalances, acne and a complex relationship between food and her body has led to her breadth of knowledge in this area. This has been a driving motivator to create the space that is Pure Health. As a Nutritionist, Kirsty's vision is to inspire women to find joy in food again and live confidently within themselves! Over her years in clinical practice she has witnessed so many women struggling with weight issues, hormonal imbalances, nutrient deficiencies and poor energy. This has led her to develop a passion and a true understanding of the importance of looking into underlying gut issues (IBS) as the cause of many health concerns.
