Maca powder is commonly used to help balance hormones, enhances fertility and increase sex drive in both men and women. It is rich in fibre, protein, vitamin C, copper, potassium, iron, vitamin B6, and manganese. Other uses of Maca include helping reduce menopause symptoms, improving mood, energy and concentration.
