Melrose MCT Pro Plus contains lauric acid (C12) and is a slower burning fuel source, providing longer-lasting energy and also has antimicrobial properties. These MCTs are derived from organic coconut oil in the Philippines and come from sustainable farms. Melrose MCT Go for Longer (Pro Plus) is a slow-burning fuel source providing longer-lasting energy suitable for exercise. Flavour-free oil for everyday use. Can be taken straight, and added to hot drinks, smoothies, food and salad dressings. For best results, take part of a low carbohydrate diet.  Start with 1 teaspoon per day. After one week, slowly increase the dosage by 1 teaspoon per day. Do not exceed a maximum of 2 tablespoons per dosage. Cautions: Inappropriate serving size can cause stomach upset. Please follow the serving suggestion.
