Focusing on movement, nutrition, self care and eliminating unnecessary stress in their life; living their optimal lives! My predominant focuses within the clinic are gut health and the microbiome, functional pathology and testing, and women's health and hormones. Fitness and movement are also my passion, having always been a big part of my life. My view on food today is to have no restrictions! I feel it’s important to be intuitive and to listen to your body. I work with so many beautiful people these days, my focus is to treat the individual and not just the condition. We have come so far in nutritional research in the fields of gut health, mental health and so much more - I am so blessed and grateful to be able to support so many people on their health journeys every single day.
