Rebecca Warren is an experienced clinical naturopath and nutritionist, lecturer of Nutritional Medicine and Naturopathy and has shared her knowledge as the Body+Soul Naturopathic Expert for the Sunday Telegraph. As a naturopath and functional medicine practitioner, her approach to health, wellness and nutrition is simple: keep things achievable, sustainable and practical to build a solid foundation that can then be fine-tuned for optimal health. She is PhD-in-the-making, avid list-maker and full time multi-tasker who understands life can be busy! Rebecca has undertaken extensive post-graduate study in public health, dietary behavioural change and functional medicine which allows her to asses your health concerns through a truly unique lens. Rebecca will work with you to find solutions to your health concerns that fit in with your everyday life and allow you to get back to doing the things you love! Rebecca draws on her years of teaching experience to help you understand ‘the why’ and helps you get back in control of your health.
