Yes In your professional opinion, would you classify this product as healthy enough to eat A few times a week Rated 5 out of 5 Naturally Sweet and Tasty Carob is naturally sweet without needing to add sugar, so it makes a great way to flavour things, but also a great way to sweeten things. Carob is often used as an alternative to chocolate and like cacao, carob is a great source of antioxidants. It's free from caffeine making it great for anyone that is avoiding any stimulants. Like most real foods, carob is also a great source of different vitamins and minerals, including some B vitamins, calcium, copper a, manganese and more.This carob syrup can be used to flavour raw treats, drizzled over pancakes, added to smoothies and so much more.
